Why I’m checking out Skillshare

I’ve already taken a couple of classes, one to help me with designing my quilt and now another to help me brush up on organizing my blog. I found a free class to help me learn more about WordPress which will help me when editing my website and blog.

I kept hearing about Skillshare and then I was perusing Giving Assistant and saw they offered $3.50 cash back so I figured why not give them a try, plus they offer a free trial period so it was a no-brainer for me.

“Skillshare is an online learning community with thousands of classes for creative and curious people, on topics including illustration, design, photography, video, freelancing, and more. On Skillshare, millions of members come together to find inspiration and take the next step in their creative journey.”

Giving Assistant is a shopping portal where you can earn cash back just for shopping and also donate to your favorite charity too. You start off with your settings at 99% cash back and 1% donation, but you can change this to any setting you prefer, you can even donate 100% of your cash back. I like that I can earn cash back and donate a little of it.

I’m off to finish learning more about WordPress and gain better understanding on how it all works.

Stay tuned for some photos and notes about our last winery weekend trip with friends and a little preview of our upcoming anniversary trip.

Peace, love, and joy!
