Upon returning from a most wonderful and amazing beach vacation, I was tending to the garden and noted the level where our onions are planted was full with of miscellaneous vegetables plants that came from the beautiful soil from our compost pile. I noticed there are about 5 or 6 tomato plants and beautiful heads of lettuce not to mention all the various squash type plants that seem to be popping up in random places. So in addition to our beautiful seeds and starter plants we now have plants that must have grown from last years composted stuff. It is cool to compost all you left over veggies, you know the innards and such and watch what comes of it in the future.
