I am not a winter person, I can’t wear flip-flops or bare feet, I can’t sit on the deck with the sun shining on my face and I don’t like shivering all the time. I am however grateful for the winter, if it is a good one and we get some good freezing weather the hope of keeping the excess of bugs in check during the spring and summer is good and if it snows we get the fun of building a snowman and then coming inside for hot chocolate and cookies.
So now that March is upon us I am out of winter mode and completely looking for signs of spring longingly…….
……and I found the signs and then………..
this happened……….so………
we built this and on that day I dealt with the fact that spring is near but not quite here. It was a beautiful winter day spent with my family and those are always great days.
